Appealling the 2010 Revaluation?

Rating Valuations are an important consideration for every commercial property occupier. Although the Assessor is often spot-on with the Rateable Value, there are many opportunities to challenge values and obtain reductions. Changes to property usually result in a revised valuation, and also the opportunity to lodge an appeal.
