Taking the Strain

This department has been set up in response to clients seeking provision of professionally led property management services. The department initially grew partly as a result of the withdrawal of cost-effective Local Authority management, but has since expanded greatly, both in numbers and territory, under the stewardship of dedicated staff.

Over 40 estates and stand-alone properties are under management, involving nearly 2,000 individual occupiers! Allied Souter & Jaffrey’s role on behalf of the Owner/Occupier or Landlord is to handle the day to day business of property management, including repairs and maintenance, administration and, where required, rent collection.
